Coolstylez is a small apparel shop run out of Comstock Park, Michigan. This page explains what information we collect when you visit or order from coolstylez.com, why we collect it, and who it gets shared with. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of what you bought.
We do not see or store your full payment card number. Card details are entered on our checkout and handled directly by our payment processor.
If you create an account, we store your email address and order history so you can look up past orders. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up properly.
Like most websites, our host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages visited. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that make an order happen:
- Printful is our print and fulfillment partner. Your name and shipping address are passed to them so they can print and ship your order.
- Shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL receive the address information needed to deliver your package.
- Our payment processor handles your payment details directly and shares with us only a confirmation and the last four digits of the card.
- Our web host stores the site and its database.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Cookies
Our store uses cookies to remember what is in your cart and to keep you signed in if you have an account. If you clear or block cookies, the cart may not work properly.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Email correspondence is kept until it is no longer useful for supporting you.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@coolstylez.com and we will take care of it. Note that we may need to keep some order records even after a deletion request in order to meet tax and accounting obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. We honor those requests regardless of where you are.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
