Everything we sell is made to order. Your tee or hoodie is printed specifically for you after you place your order, which keeps our waste low and our catalog fresh. It also means our return policy works a little differently from a store shipping out of a warehouse full of pre-made stock.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or simply isn’t what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you. You choose: a free replacement or a full refund.
Email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@coolstylez.com and include your order number plus a photo showing the problem. In most cases you will not need to ship the item back to us.
Sizing and change of mind
Because each item is printed on demand just for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges simply because an item was ordered in the wrong size or is no longer wanted. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
That said, if the fit is badly off, reach out anyway. We are a small shop and we would rather hear from you than have you stuck with something you will not wear.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking says delivered but the package is not in your hands, check with your neighbors and your local carrier first, since packages are often a day behind the scan. If it still does not turn up, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement.
If a package comes back to us because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reach out to arrange a reshipment. The cost of reshipping in that case is the customer’s responsibility.
Changes and cancellations
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us right away. If it has not gone to print yet we can usually help. Once printing has started we are not able to make changes.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks and card issuers post the credit within 5 to 10 business days, though the exact timing is up to them.
